We were out of town this weekend, and drove 6 hours home on Sunday. That night rolled around without me having taken a picture all day, and W was already in bed, so I snuck out on the porch. These are the flowers on the pretty dogwood that hangs over our deck.

Little Trooper

This little guy actually wasn't so little - he's 8 days old here, and was 9 lbs. 12 oz at birth!

His Daddy is a State Trooper... check out his little partner. Way too cute.

"Let's go use some of your day-old pool water to water the potted plants!" turned into... this.


What was I thinking? Of course he heard only the word "pool," and having pants and socks on didn't slow him down for a second!

Outtake

W was cracking himself (and me) up before bedtime on his changing table. He was making a funny face, which he did on command for a few minutes, but of course when I grabbed the camera, I got this.

The lighting looks awful since it was dark out and I didn't set the flash properly, and William just looks... confused and annoyed with me. Sorry buddy, you know I just can't stop taking pictures of you!
